How do I find coupons?
You can search by location (entering a City and State, City and Providence in Canada, or Zip/Postal Code) or by doing a keyword search. Keyword searches can be up to 50 characters and you can enter what you are looking for (e.g. "pizza" will bring up pizza coupons for your area; you can also search for specific merchants). How do I access grocery coupons?
Grocery coupons are exclusively for Valpak.com® Exclusives members who have elected to receive emails from Valpak.com®. Visit the "Grocery" section, find your coupon and click "More Grocery Coupons". You will then be brought into another section of our site that lists all of our money-saving grocery coupons, including the one you selected! How do I update my profile or change my email address?

I'm looking for a specific coupon online that I saw in my envelope. Where is it?
Some businesses choose not to have their coupon on our website and just have the coupon in the mailing. It's also possible the coupons you are searching for are in a different city, which would cause it not to appear on your page. To find out, simply enter the city and state or province where the business is located in the search box at the top of the page. All of the coupons for that particular area will appear!
If you still cannot find the coupon, please contact your local Valpak® office.
To do so, please follow these instructions:
  • Click Here and you will be directed to the Advertising Information page.
  • Enter your zip/postal code and click on search.
  • From there you will be directed to your local office home page. The phone number to your local office is found in the upper right hand corner.

How do I print coupons?
There are several ways you can print coupons at Valpak.com®. With a simple click of the "Print Now" button, your coupon will be sent directly to your printer. Or, if you see more than one coupon you would like to print, simply click the "Add To Basket" button on the right side of the listing. Once you have selected all the coupons you want, click either the "Print Coupons in Basket" button located at the top and bottom of the listings, or you can review your coupons by clicking the "View Basket" button. Why do I have to keep refreshing my cookie to enter your sweepstakes?
The Valpak.com® website uses cookies to assist our members when they enter our online sweepstakes. If your web browser doesn't accept cookies or you have erased your Valpak.com® cookie, you'll need to have your cookie information restored.

Why can't I enter your sweepstakes more than once?
Daily entries into our sweepstakes are a benefit for Valpak.com® Exclusives members who have elected to receive emails from Valpak.com®. If you are not a Valpak.com® Exclusives member, you are only allowed to enter the sweepstakes online once during the entry period.
To check your status or become a Valpak.com® Exclusives member, please click "join now". If you are currently a Valpak.com® Exclusives member, there will be a checkmark under your zip code and next to "Give me access to all Valpak.com Exclusive Features including Email". Valpak is run by independent franchisees that mail to specific carrier routes in neighborhoods they choose. Mailings can only be sent to postal routes serviced by our franchisees. Why does my Valpak envelope have more coupons than I find online for my area?
Some businesses choose not to have their coupon on our website and just have the coupon in the mailing. It's also possible the coupons you are searching for are in a different city, which would cause it not to appear on your page. To find out, simply enter the city and state city and state or province where the business is located in the Change Location box on the left side of the page. All of the coupons for that particular area will appear. All of the coupons for that particular area will appear! I'm having a problem printing grocery coupons.
For security reasons, you'll need to install the Coupon Print Manager software in order to print our grocery coupons. If you have tried to, there may be a few reasons you are experiencing problems installing the Coupon Print Manager:
  1. You may not have permission to download on your computer. Contact your network administrator for more information.
  2. You are using a Macintosh, Linux or WebTV, which our grocery coupon printing technology is not compatible.
  3. Your browser is incompatible. Our coupon printing technology doesn't work with older browsers or CompuServe. In order to print coupons you must be using Internet Explorer 6 or higher, or Firefox 2 or higher. Click the "Which operating systems and browsers do you support?" link above for upgrade options.

What is Valpak doing to help the environment?
The company's recycling program began in 1982 with simple recycled roll butts and press scrap paper. The program has been growing ever since. In 2003, CTM recycled a total of 4,599 tons of production paper, corrugated boxes, and mixed paper in Elm City (1,748 tons) and Largo (2,851 tons). Items include: coated paper, white offset paper, colored offset paper, cardboard boxes, printing plates, paper cores and mixed paper waste from both production plants that is free of contaminants.
