The company's recycling program began in 1982 with simple recycled roll butts and press scrap paper. The program has been growing ever since. In 2003, CTM recycled a total of 4,599 tons of production paper, corrugated boxes, and mixed paper in Elm City (1,748 tons) and Largo (2,851 tons).
