I’ve worked with Valpak for more than 12 years. It’s the window of communication. That’s how we communicate with the community. Everything goes through Valpak and there is a great response to that. People are calling us and they show up and they all know what it’s about. The first month, we had lots of people. We had more than 3,000 new people a month. Everybody came to use the coupon, but they bought other items. That was an opportunity for the community to get to know the existence of Freshworks because as a new restaurant, not many people knew that we exist in this part of the town.
Because I have experience with other media, it takes forever to design a new idea, a new coupon or anything else. With Valpak, everything is very quick and to the point and the only thing that we have to do is to approve the design of a new product. Every year, I appreciate Valpak more and more and I don’t know if I could do it without them. But for me, Valpak is the most important vehicle to advertise the restaurant. And here we are, 12 years later, we use Valpak. That is so important in our businesses.
