My name is Sue Hull with The Great Frederick Fair and I’ve been with Valpak for five years. We started with a real basic introduction to Valpak and hats off to a team that’s so experienced that they helped us every year grow the campaign based on what our marketing goals were. Our target audience is young families with young kids and we’re hoping our vanity URL shows . . . It’ll direct them to our general admissions, where they will get discounted general admission tickets in advance purchase. When they do that, we’ll be able to start tracking who’s visited the site, who’s gone through our website, who’s actually visited and purchased and have given us a return back on our marketing investment.
But its positive parts that I have found is we can target these very specific ZIP Codes and areas that we miss with other traditional advertising. We can key right in on our customers and prove that where we’ve reached out through the Valpak has actually turned into sales and dollars back into the business. I would recommend Valpak to other businesses and I do on a regular basis because it works.
