My name is Jessica Schwartz. I’m with iPlay America and we’ve been Valpak clients since September, 2015.
We decided to advertise with Valpak after learning about all that Valpak had to offer and it just seemed like a really comprehensive way to reach our target market and specific demographics for a reasonable investment.
I think a lot of people look at Valpak and they say, “I get this package of coupons and I just throw it in the garbage,” and that was kind of my mentality also. But when I started seeing the results that I was getting, you realize that you don’t just advertise for the print, you’re advertising for valpak.com, the app, the website, being able to print special offers. What I learned is that it is a very broad-based company, and it’s really a very true 360 approach to everything.
I also really really love the tracking that’s involved with Valpak. The call tracking has been a really great tool for us to see who’s calling, but then again also to see what our employees are saying to our customers.
The other thing that I really love about Valpak is being able to choose the markets that I want to be in. It’s a very easy way for me to just reach one small market or I can buy a whole big market and reach a lot of people. It was really a no-brainer to try it and then once we tried it we just kept getting response so it’s like, “Okay, let’s just keep this going.”
