Melo’s Pizza and Pasta has been partnered with Valpak for close to 10 years now. The two largest factors that led us to choosing Valpak as an advertising partner were cost and effectiveness. Valpak does offer lots of different benefits, not just their print ad campaigns; they do digital, they have great customer service. But for me, all of that stuff is still a distant second to both the cost of the program and the effectiveness of the program.

Having Valpak do the print and the digital all under one roof for Melo’s is great. Essentially, you’re killing two birds with the one stone. You don’t have to create this digital platform and then also run your print campaign. Valpak just does them both. But you can track it through your point of sales system like we do or Valpak has digital packages that they can track it for you.

So it’s just been great. It takes the guess work out of whether or not you’re reaching your customers in this neighborhood or that neighborhood, so you know that you are. And Valpak has always come out on top. Great looking ads at a great price that are super effective.

Valpak is a company that I would recommend and have recommended to others. Again, it goes back to, and I tell this to the people that are asking or even if they don’t ask, I’ve told them, “It comes down to how much the does the system cost versus how much response Melo’s has gotten.” And this is coming from somebody who’s been using it for almost 10 years.
