New Braunfels Smokehouse

New Braunfels Smokehouse has been a Valpak client since 2001. New Braunfels Smokehouse and Valpak has been a good partnership. They’ve allowed us to bring new customers into our doors and also to keep some existing customers coming back that like to clip coupons and have a good value, so it’s been a win-win situation for both of us.
Valpak has been very good at enabling us to be able to do that. The biggest thing is that they’ve been able to target the areas that we do our advertising in and so that we get a direct response from that and we get plenty of good responses, which is what we want.
One of my secretaries, they can keep track of all the coupons each month and so we know exactly where our responses are coming from and how many we’re getting each month in relation to how many dollars we’re spending. Valpak enables us at the Smokehouse to be able to accurately track and see what we’re getting in response to our advertising dollars that we’re spending, which is what we like to see.
I certainly would recommend Valpak. It’s been a very worthwhile relationship for us and it’s been a great way to attract new customers and keep existing customers coming back to our store.
