Unlimited Lawn Care has been a Valpak client for the last six years. We needed a way to reach more consumers at a competitive price while getting a good ROI.
The time that the sales rep spends with us on a month-to-month basis has really helped us out with Valpak. Valpak and my sales rep go above and beyond. The sales rep helps dial in to targeted marketing areas by providing great zip codes, the spend rate that the homeowners spends in those areas, spends a lot of one on one time with us with coming in on monthly basis. Diving back into some of the call volume that comes in and listening to the calls on the call tracking really helps us and even goes in and helps teaches the sales reps on some of the things that they are not saying correctly with the calls that are coming in.
We’ve been able to go in and dial in the zip codes that are performing and working and spending a lot of time with the sales reps to dial into that as well. They provide big old wall maps we have and show us where the clients are actually coming from, which in return helps us get a good ROI and is another reason why we’ve been a Valpak client for the last six years.
I would recommend Valpak to other businesses for sure. Since becoming a client at Valpak six years ago we were doing roughly about 2 million dollars a year in operation. Today we’re doing just over 8 million dollars. We got awarded last year in 2014 by Business Inc. magazine one of the top 5000 fastest growing companies. That award is made possible by using Valpak.
