It’s been a long day at work, or school, or kids. Or all of the above. You might be too tired to fix a real dinner. You’re tired but you’re hungry. Maybe you’re hangry.
That bag of chips is calling your name. The later it gets, the louder it gets. it’s way too easy to overindulge. After all, nobody can eat just one, right? That’s bad news if you’re trying to lose weight or just eat healthier.
I won’t lie and say that I never snack in the evening anymore, but for the most part, I do avoid it and I feel better because of it. I lose weight faster when I don’t snack and I also fall asleep easier.
