Why Clutter Causes Snacking


Clutter. It’s beyond annoying. It can make  you feel crazy….Everywhere you look, there just seems to be more stuff – ugh!

Clutter can definitely intensify your nerves in an already stressful world. In fact, clutter, like many other stress triggers, can even cause us to overeat! Well, we are all health conscious – at least to some extent – so this simply will not do. So why not eliminate this one factor that we have control of?

Sounds easy enough…and that’s because it is, especially in relativity to some of the other stress triggers we have in our everyday lives, such as work or kids. So, let’s get started. Here’s how to declutter your kitchen and cut down on overeating.
