When it comes to staying in shape, your metabolism plays a large part in that. And while much of that has to do with your genetics, there are many things you can do to help boost your metabolism naturally, consequently, helping keep your weight down.

And conversely, there are plenty of things that you can do that slow your metabolism down. Of course, my guess is you don’t realize you’re doing these things.
