How to Stay in Shape at the Office
A Gallup Poll shows Americans working full-time log 47 hours a week. For those with a desk job, that’s basically six days of sitting, and that’s no way to stay in shape. Unless your office is outfitted with fitness equipment, or you’re working out regularly at a gym, you’re at greater risk of heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. But an even greater risk comes in sitting with improper posture.
It takes effort and discipline to break away from the habit of sitting poorly. Here are a few ways to incorporate fitness into your work routine.

Several cases of back problems are caused by not having proper alignment while working at a desk for hours on end without moving or sitting properly.
