IndyCar Race Car Driver Teams Up with Valpak
It was an amazing time around Valpak last week, when IndyCar driver Graham Rahal and his father, Bobby Rahal, legendary race car driver and 1986 winner of the Indianapolis 500, stopped by the Valpak Manufacturing Center in St. Petersburg, FL, to visit with employees, sign autographs and tour the plant where Valpak prints coupons for North America.
Valpak announced last week that it will again sponsor Graham and RLL Racing for the second year. Graham, #15 in the Verizon IndyCar Series, races for Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing (RLL Racing), which is co-owned by his father, Late Night host David Letterman and business owner Mike Lanigan. The team was in St. Petersburg for the kickoff of the IndyCar series, which began at the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg.
Graham’s race car, along with its other sponsor Steak ‘n Shake, will be featured on the May envelope of Valpak, which reaches 40 million households.
Here are some of the highlights from this past weekend which started at the track.
