Refresh and Repeat

Life is busy, and it is easy to get overwhelmed at times. How can we stay uplifted and balanced with the change of season? Check out the tips below to help you feel refreshed this spring. Then, repeat as needed!

Get Physical  Stress is a big part of our lives, but how do we combat it? It all starts with taking care of ourselves. My best stress relievers are exercise and regular massages to release tension. You may think that massages are out of your price range, but I visit to scroll through the latest personal care deals in my area that I can afford within my budget. Massages are a wonderful way to refresh and restore your body and mind, and the great news is that it does not have to break the bank.

Turn Your Bedroom into a Sanctuary – We spend more time in our bedroom than any other room in the home–about a third of every day! Enjoy a bit of “update shopping” and opt for a new bedspread, comfy pillows and accent décor to help you revamp one of your favorite spaces. Even the slightest bit of updating will brighten your spirits and make you feel accomplished.

Seasonal Changes – This season, consider a new hair style or color that will give you a cheerful boost and a fresh look to surprise family and friends with. Browse the latest spring nail colors and, instead of the red shade or French manicure that you normally choose, book a manicure and pedicure appointment with the goal to wear a fun new color. This year’s “hot” colors are orange and pastel green, so go for it! Trying something new and stepping outside of your comfort zone is an exhilarating way to feel renewed, and a lot of fun in the process.
