Working out is easier than you think. We tend to hype it up a lot in our heads. We psych ourselves out, dreading doing a simple 30-minute (sometimes even less) workout, when, in reality, it’s not that serious.
With the right moves, we can achieve optimum results, in minimum time. So stop complaining and start moving.
