When and What to Eat
Almost everyone stresses over what they eat. With so much social pressure to “look good,” it’s hard not to. Really though, we need to be focused on eating right and maintaining a healthy weight because it’s what keeps our bodies functioning to the best of their abilities. We need to feed our body food that really is fuel, not just filler.
And as much as we need to be focused on WHAT we are eating, we need to be focused on WHEN we are eating. Because, depending on your activity level, your metabolism can be slower at certain times of the day and prevent you from digesting food in a way that maximizes benefits and minimizes determines — i.e. so you don’t gain weight.
When you eat good, you feel good. When you feel good, you do good. So, here’s how to make sure you’re eating good.
