Wound Care Treatment Treating non-healing chronic wounds such as: Diabetic foot ulcers, Venous leg ulcers, Non-healing surgical wounds, Amputation wounds, Radiation wounds, Arterial wounds from poor circulation and more.
Debridements Debridement is the main standard treatment that is done weekly. Involves removal of dead or non healing tissue to allow for growth of healthy tissue.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy 1) Diabetic ulcers of certain severity. 2) Compromised/failing surgical skin grafts. 3) Wounds and conditions from radiation therapy. 4) Chronic refractory osteomyelitis (bone infection).
Wound VAC (Negative Pressure Therapy) These are used for wounds in order to help fill the wound with healthy red beefy tissue (granulation tissue) in order to speed wound healing.
Grafting (Non-Surgical) There are a number of grafts that can be used for wounds that are responding slowly to our standard therapy of debridements and advanced wound dressings.
Total Contact Casting This is a walking cast with a boot. No crutches needed. Changed weekly. For foot ulcers that are not responding well to our standard treatment of debridments and advanced wound dressings.
