Meet the Instructors - Sudha Govindan Born and raised until early adulthood in India, I've been around yoga all my life. I've been teaching Yoga since 2009. Also, I have been certified to teach teacher-trainees. The benefits of yoga are endless and one has to practice it to see what it is all about. For me, the more I practice, the more I want to do it.

Meet The Instructors- Eric Perowsky My practice started as a child growing up in NYC. My father was given a copy of a paperback book with black and white photos of Yoga Master Swami Buaj in various poses. Throughout my life, I have studied various types of yoga including: Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Thai Yoga, Mysore, Hot yoga and Power yoga. I am a daily meditator and self-proclaimed JewBu (Jewish by birth Buddhist by choice). .
Meet The Instructors- Eric Con't I am a person in long term recovery who believes that meditation, prayer, and helping others furthers one's own recovery. Finding my yoga voice has been the perfect addition to the "toolbox" of my life, committed as a person in long term recovery. I am an avid sports fan and music lover who enjoys cooking and traveling. A goal in every class I lead is to assist others in becoming comfortable with yoga, finding one's own edge and backing off 10%. Namaste.

Meet The Instructors- Mita Nag Yoga has been a part of my life for more than 10 years and my practice has not only helped me to get better physically, but mentally as well. I was suffering from severe back pain when I had my first child. A few years later, when I went to India to visit my parents, my dad enrolled me in a yoga school. I practiced yoga regularly for three months with a combination of poses and breath. When I came back, I noticed that my back pain was gone. This motivated me to become a yoga instructor.
Meet The Instructors- Mita Con't Through compassionate teaching, I can share my knowledge with others to live a healthy and a more meaningful life. I realized that yoga not only makes our bodies strong and flexible, but it also brings emotional stability, clarity of mind, and increased spiritual awareness.
Meet The Instructors- Mita Nag I have my 200hr RYT from Yoga School of Therapeutics, I am registered with Yoga Alliance and have attended workshops from the great masters: Paula Self Tortolano, Aadil Palkhivala and Doug Keller. I thank all of the great masters who have enriched my yoga study. .
Meet The Instructors Nicole Ochs I started teaching yoga in 2008 and received my 500 hour CYT in 2011. My classes are lead with compassion, encouragement and kindness. I believe that yoga is for everybody and I enjoy making it accessible and fun. No need to be able to touch your toes or hold a 5 minute plank, that's not the goal anyway., Come and create space in your body where there's constriction, and space in your mind where there's clutter, and enjoy how good it feels!.
CLASS-YOGA BASICS Great for beginners and ongoing students that want to revisit the fundamentals of yoga. Poses are broken down to the basics with emphasis on alignment, balance, flexibility and the use of breath.
CLASS-MIXED LEVEL YOGA Not for a beginner. Moving from pose to pose linking breath with movement. Class can be in a flow format. Helps build strength, balance, stimulates the nervous system and reduces stress. Students can practice with modifications.
CLASS-RESTORATIVE GENTLE YOGA Yoga done with props, like blankets and bolsters to encourage gentle stretching. Poses are held longer to help the body relax. Helps relieve back pain, fatigue, stress and brings a sense of calmness. Good for all levels.
CLASS-CHAIR YOGA Gentle yoga practiced with the help of a chair for support and balance.
CLASS-YOGA FLOW Moving from one pose to another with the breath. Working all muscle groups by repeating the poses. Helps the joints and ligaments. Great for toning the muscles.
