At Piedmont, we work as an extension of your family veterinarian to provide comprehensive care when he or she is unavailable. Our facility reflects a sophisticated hospital-like setting with staff members and doctors who are warm, caring, and reassuring. Through them, we offer the highest level of medical, surgical and nursing care at all times. Our inviting waiting area provides the space pets need during stressful times, and we feature private exam rooms, fully equipped surgical suites and recovery areas. Backed by a complete on-site laboratory, comprehensive diagnostic tools and digital imaging, we can handle your pet’s emergency on a moment’s notice. We even house a natural gas-powered backup generator in case of power outages and a high-tech ICU to monitor critical patients at all times.
Most importantly, we love working with animals and treat every pet as if it were our own. Each day, we provide life-saving care that not only increases pet survival, but restores pets to an active, healthy life. Because of this focus on acutely ill and injured pets, we must be available for emergencies at all times. Thus, we do not provide routine or preventative services such as vaccinations or check-ups. However, we would be happy to recommend a practice if needed.
