Mike Davis

CEO & President

Mike was named Valpak CEO in May 2017, bringing more than 20 years of executive leadership experience of growing companies in the media industry. He has held senior management positions in sales and marketing, sales operations, new product development, and new media marketing campaigns. Most recently, Mike was CEO of Rhapsody International/Napster, a music streaming company. He has also worked for other media and entertainment companies such as Cinram Group, Universal Music Group and Alliance Entertainment. Alliance is owned by Platinum Equity, the Los Angeles-based private equity firm that purchased Valpak in early 2017. In addition, Mike has worked for TPG Growth, a capital market company, and The Gores Group, a global private equity firm.


Chris Cate

Chief Operating Officer

Chris is responsible for leading digital product strategies and technical development for Valpak.com and Savings.com. He oversees an Information Technology & Support Services (ITSS) team that builds and supports all technology platforms for franchises, merchants, employees and consumers. Chris and his team are responsible for the operation of such core business systems as VPOffice, SAP, Content Server and InsideValpak.com. In addition, Chris plays a leading role in emerging technologies, digital transformation and related new business development — all geared toward generating revenue. Chris joined Valpak in 1988 and has held several IT leadership positions including Vice President of Information Systems and Director of Information Systems.


Matt Crowley

Executive Vice President, Local Markets

Matt joined Valpak in November 2017 and is responsible for local sales strategy and execution across Valpak's North American owned and franchised markets. He is a veteran media executive and entrepreneurial leader with deep experience in business strategy, sales, marketing, print and digital media, product development, and communications, including testifying to the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Antitrust regarding competition on the Internet. Previously, Matt was Chief Marketing Officer at AT&T Interactive where he led consumer and advertiser products, branding, advertising and channel marketing. He also was Senior Vice President at AT&T-YP where he led the top performing $380M local sales organization of 680 sales professionals.


Matt Biasini

Chief Financial Officer

Matt is responsible for all finance and accounting for Valpak and Savings.com. He is also responsible for our Business Intelligence, Business Planning & Analytics, and Legal functions. Before being promoted to his current position in 2013, Matt was Vice President of Sales Planning & Analysis. In that role, he was instrumental in the development of many of our current pricing and incentive programs. He also previously served as Director of Business Planning & Development and Director of Strategic Planning. Matt joined Valpak in 2004 as a Franchise Financial Consultant.


Nancy Cook

Senior Vice President, Franchise Development

Nancy is responsible for day-to-day franchise sales development operations and for franchise implementation and adoption of all print and digital products. She oversees franchise development, sales training, franchise operations and our sales coaches. Previously, Nancy was Senior Vice President of Digital Business Solutions, leading digital product development, platforms and strategic partnerships. She also was Vice President of Sales Operations, Vice President of Retail Business Solutions, and served as General Manager of Valpak of Tampa Bay and Valpak of Jacksonville. While at Tampa Bay, her office won the "Most Improved Valpak Franchise of the Year" in 2004. Nancy joined Valpak in 1996 as Director of Client Services when Cox Target Media acquired Carol Wright.


Jennifer Glen

Senior Vice President, National Sales

Jennifer joined Valpak in September 2017 to lead the growth of the company's national sales revenues, which equally drives Valpak and franchise network revenue and margin. She has a track record of growing national sales, most recently at SheKnows Media, a leading women's digital media company. While there, Jennifer led national branded sales teams across the country. Valpak will build on her agency experience in entertainment, auto, CPG, retail and relationships with large-scale media companies. Jennifer's prior positions in executive sales leadership were with Whalerock Industries, Spark Networks, Variety, Inc. and Yahoo.


Janet Kolb

Vice President, Human Resources

Janet is responsible for all human resources functions for Valpak and Savings.com. She oversees employee relations, cultural competence, benefits, compensation, recruiting and hiring, security, and environmental health and safety. Janet works to align our HR strategies and programs with our corporate objectives. She's also responsible for driving organizational change and business results through our employee and leadership development programs and cultural competence initiatives. She and her team foster inclusion and cross-cultural skills to grow the diversity of our workforce and suppliers. Before joining Valpak in 1991, Janet was Personnel Manager for the Auto Trader for eight years.


Jay Loeffler

Vice President of National Sales, CPG & OTC

Jay is responsible for developing the retail grocery, CPG and consumer healthcare business segments for Valpak and SKUlocal. With more than 11 years of sales and marketing leadership experience, Jay has a proven track record of driving sales growth in a broad range of business sectors. Under Jay's leadership, his team has continued to double revenue and volume year after year. He previously served as Director of National Sales and Manager of Corporate Strategy. Before joining Valpak, Jay worked for Wachovia Bank and Turner Broadcasting in sales and marketing.


Benjy Uhl

Vice President, Product & Business Development

Benjy joined Valpak in September 2017 to lead the growth of the company's new product and business development area. A long-time business partner with the Valpak franchise network, Benjy has a strong background in data and national sales, which align with two core initiatives: data-first mindset and becoming a sales-focused organization. He is working to maximize Valpak's current U.S. footprint, adding clients and products in the company's well-known Blue Envelope of savings – while also exploring new revenue streams. Benjy previously was Executive Vice President of NFocus Consulting, Inc., where he oversaw strategy, partnerships, sales, marketing and solutions development.
