Michael Vivio

President, Cox Target Media

Since being named president of Cox Target Media (CTM) in December 2010, Michael has continued to build Valpak’s business across print, digital and mobile platforms. He has emphasized the importance of growing our business through improved content for our consumers and an integrated approach to print and digital advertising with our clients. In June, Michael led CTM’s acquisition of online savings giant Savings.com. Before joining CTM, Michael was the publisher at the Austin American-Statesman and CEO of the Statesman Co., owned by Cox Media Group.

Jeff Heinicka

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Jeff is responsible for the company’s Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Legal, and Sales Planning & Analysis departments. Before joining the company in 2001, Jeff was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Florida Progress and Florida Power Corporation where he was responsible for all the financial activities of the company’s regulated and non-regulated businesses.

Matt Biasini

Vice President, Sales Planning & Analysis

Matt is responsible for the Franchise Financial Consultants and troubled market teams, as well as a team of analysts who develop analysis and provide reporting about the franchise network. Over the years, he has been instrumental in the development of many of our current pricing programs including Targeted Market Coverage, the Stimulus programs, and the Network Growth Incentive. Previously, Matt was Director of Business Planning & Development and Director of Strategic Planning. He joined Valpak in 2004 as a Franchise Financial Consultant.

Chris Cate

Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Chris is leading the Valpak and Savings.com integration, driving Valpak’s Agile Transformation, and is responsible for the development, implementation and support of all Information Technology & Support Services (ITSS) platforms for our franchises, employees and consumers. He and his ITSS team are responsible for the operation of our company’s core business systems such as VPOffice, SAP, Content Server, InsideValpak.com and Valpak.com. Recently, Chris and his team have been focused on developing and supporting our suite of new digital products. He joined Valpak in 1988 and has held several IT management positions including Director of Information Systems, Director of Data Systems and Systems Manager.

Kerry Collins

Vice President, National Sales

Kerry leads the company's National Sales and Network Sales teams, and works with top national accounts, advertising agencies, franchised businesses and industry leaders. He joined the Valpak leadership team in July 2011, bringing more than 20 years of senior executive experience in sales, marketing, management, finance and operations. Previously, Kerry was Owner and President of two Sylvan Learning Centers in Central Florida and was Senior Vice President of Scholastic Corp., a global book publishing company known for publishing educational materials for schools, teachers and parents. He also was Vice President of Field Marketing with ADVO

Nancy Cook

Vice President, Digital

Nancy is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's digital strategy, innovation, digital products and strategic alliances. Nancy and her team create digital strategies that increase Valpak consumer and advertiser engagement and help establish Valpak as a market leader in online values. Previously, she was Vice President of Sales Operations, and Vice President of Retail Business Solutions as well as General Manager of the Valpak of Tampa Bay and Jacksonville offices. Nancy joined Valpak in 1996.

Cathy Croce

Vice President, Order Process Management

Cathy is responsible for the operations and strategic direction of the Order Process Department, which includes Customer Service, Graphics and Digital Sales Support. Over her 27-year career at Valpak, Cathy has served as Director of Customer Service and she has held other leadership positions in the Accounting Department including billing, credit, collections and customer service.

David Fox

Vice President, Manufacturing and Corporate Strategy

David is responsible for all manufacturing operations at Valpak, including the Valpak Manufacturing Center (VMC) and the Largo Production Center (LPC) as well as the Supply Chain Department. He was one of the key project directors in the planning, design, construction and systems integration of the VMC. In 2012, David was given additional responsibilities and named to lead Cox Target Media’s long-term strategic planning process. He joined the company in 1996 and has served in a number of Information Technology positions, including the Director of Management Information Systems.

Janet Kolb

Vice President, Human Resources

Janet is responsible for human resources functions including employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruiting and hiring, security, and environmental health and safety. She also oversees organizational development programs such as talent management and leadership development. This year those initiatives have expanded to include cultural competence as a means to drive business results through fostering inclusion and cross-cultural skills to grow the diversity of our workforce and suppliers. Before joining Valpak in 1991, Janet was Personnel Manager for the Auto Trader for eight years.

Rick McElwain

Vice President, Network Sales Development

Rick is responsible for wholesale revenues generated in the Valpak franchise network, and leading a team that includes franchise consultants, franchise sales, network relations, franchise operations, sales training and development, and various other field support services. These teams help develop and implement strategic business sales plans, facilitate the sale of franchised locations, manage franchise incentive programs, and coordinate regional mail schedules. Since joining the company in 2003, Rick has served as Vice President of the Owned and Operated Division and Vice President of Franchise Development.

Lisa Sullivan

Vice President, Marketing

Lisa is responsible for the company’s marketing. She develops and oversees implementation of Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) marketing strategies including branding, promotions and consumer engagement, media planning, research, corporate communications, public relations, social media, and product development to increase revenue and audience growth opportunities for Valpak and its product lines. Lisa joined the company in February 2012, bringing more than 20 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing for print and online products. For the past seven years, Lisa was Vice President of Marketing at the Austin American-Statesman.
