Advertising Entrepreneurs Acquire Valpak of Volusia County, Florida

Valpak, a leader in local print and digital coupons, announced today Ken and Priscilla Clark, owners of Small Pond Advertising, LLC., have acquired Valpak of Volusia County, which includes Daytona Beach, Florida. Valpak of Volusia County has served local businesses and residents since 2009 and under new ownership, the pair will mail their first Valpak Blue Envelope® to households starting in January 2017.

The Clarks acquired the Valpak of Volusia franchise from Andrew Pritchard, owner of American Marketing Packages LLC. Pritchard will continue with Valpak of Volusia as an adviser and marketing rep during the initial transition period.read more...

Valpak Eyes Rhode Island Communities for Expansion

Valpak, announced today it is looking to further grow its brand in the Narragansett Bay area, which includes Providence, Warwick and Cranston. The company currently mails to as many as 140,000 homes in the Ocean State, but is looking to expand its reach to 230,000 homes that will receive its signature Blue Envelope.

The U.S. Census Bureau lists Providence as the state's most populous city, making the location a target expansion market for Valpak.
